Design Consultation
The design consultation includes the initial site visit by a member of our design team. At this point the designer and client will discuss site conditions, planting themes and any ideas you may have. If you are interested in a formal design proposal, we can provide you with computer aided design and an actual digital image of your home, property, or business, so you can view the concepts prior to actual installation.

Installation
An experienced crew chief will be on site to supervise and install quality landscape materials and planting stock.  All planting stock conforms to the "American Standard for Nursery Stock" and is purchased from a licensed nursery grower/provider, insuring all plant material is free of disease and harmful insects.  Whether it is for your home or business, our crews are courteous and meticulous to detail--that is the Northland difference.

Retaining Wall Systems
We can install several block systems, along with boulders and timbers to make your wall or planter unique to your home or business. Commercial walls are no problem--just call us to install your large scale projects.   

Interlocking Paving Stones
We install interlocking pavers for patios, walkways and driveways.  An excellent alternative to large, unwieldy concrete or blacktop slabs, pavers imparts beauty, texture, color, and lasting durability to a wide array of paving projects.  The number of potential pattern designs are virtually unlimited and uniquely yours.

Irrigation System Design & Installation
Our in-ground sprinkler systems are designed and installed to require a minimal amount of service. We use Hunter / Rain Bird components and accessories to ensure the highest quality possible. Installing a lawn sprinkler system will make your yard the envy of the neighborhood. Dense, green grass and lush, healthy vegetation is a beautiful way to increase the value of your home and property. It also is an effective way to save water and enjoy more free time. A professionally installed sprinkler system is the smart way to water your yard without lifting a finger.

We will warranty all parts and labor for 2 years and all Hunter rotor heads for 5 years from the date of installation.

Garden Center and Additional Services
We offer a full service Garden Center for all of your landscaping needs. From shrubs, perennials and trees to bulk materials like black dirt, decorative rock and mulch, we’ll have what you need. We also offer an in-store landscape design service to help you with your project. Delivery of bulk materials is available for black dirt, sand, class II, decorative rock and mulch and more. Our warranty is for a ONE YEAR period (provided the area is properly maintained) during which plants or trees will be replaced only once during that period.  There is NO WARRANTY on any kind of sod, annuals, perennials, or plants transported or supplied by the homeowner. The warranty goes into effect the date the work is completed. We guarantee our nursery stock at 50% for one full year and 100% if installed by us. This warranty does not cover nursery stock that is not guaranteed for our climate zone  We are not responsible for losses caused by acts of nature or otherwise beyond our control. The purchaser is responsible for watering and taking care of the plants.
